What Are We Doing?

As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence and infrastructure reliability, we are initiating a Major upgrade of Messaging services layer. This activity is aligned with ITIL best practices and aims to ensure that our systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with current performance standards.

The upgrade will involve enhancing and optimizing components of the Messaging infrastructure. These changes are designed to improve system resilience, increase operational efficiency, and support future business needs. This maintenance will not impact or cause any unavailability to SCAI Core services.

  • Start: June 1st, 2026 – 12:00 UTC
  • End: June 1st, 2026 – 16:00 UTC
  • Duration: 4 hours

Objectives

  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with current security and performance standards.
  • Improve system availability and scalability of Messaging services.
  • Minimize technical debt and reduce operational risks.
  • Deploy new features on the platform.

What You Need to Know

  • No action is required from end users at this stage.
  • Services will remain available during the upgrade, with minimal impact expected.
  • SCAI Core services will not be affected by this activity.
  • Any changes affecting access or functionality will be communicated proactively.
  • It is recommended not to perform changes and promotions on BOTs during intervention windows.

Expected Impact

During the scheduled execution window, users may experience occasional and minor service intermittencies in Messaging services. However, no full service outages are expected, and no impact is expected to SCAI Core services.

All necessary precautions will be taken to minimize disruption and ensure continued service availability throughout the activity.
