Deployment of improvements on the HA configuration and deployment of minor improvements on eva logs formats.

There is no expected loose of service. Some punctual error may ocurr mainly in cockpit flow design capabilities during the maintenance.

-Instance 3 - Expected 2 hours
-Instance 1 - Expected 2 hours
-Instance 2 - Expected 2 hours
-Admin - Expected 3 hours
